Thank you for joining us at our annual Celebrate America event. The celebration was held for the first time since 2019 in the West Park at Hutchins Street Square. Approximately 350 people enjoyed a nice evening while eating a picnic dinner and dressed in red, white, and blue. Jeff Wayne Sutherland, as “The Duke,” was back as Master of Ceremonies and he recited the patriotic poem “The Ragged Old Flag” in character, which is a fan favorite. The celebration this year opened with the Stockton Portsmen Barbershop Chorus. Terek Maier played electric guitar rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. Instructor Susan Sixkiller brought back her Sassy Senior Tappers, Steppin-Out tappers, and the Tiny Tot Tappers. Lodi City Mayor, Mark Chandler, recognized our local veterans and led everyone for the pledge of allegiance. Davis Mahoney sang the national anthem and the United States Air Force Band played out the evening.

We look forward to seeing you next year!
