1. CARE

   CARE offers grants towards monthly residential electric charges for qualifying low-income customers once in a six-month period.

2. LIHEAP Forms

   Visit the San Joaquin County Human Services Agency website for LIHEAP forms.

3. Residential Medical Discount

   Residents who have qualifying medical conditions and are billed under a residential rate schedule may receive a 25% discount on their monthly electric charges.

4. Residential SHARE Discount

   Residents who have a qualifying income level based on the income eligibility criteria for State of California Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program may receive a discount of 30% on their monthly electric service charges.

5. Senior Fixed-Income Discount

   Residents who are on fixed incomes below $45,000 annually, who are over 62 years of age, and do not qualify for any other discount may qualify for a discount of 5% on their monthly electric charges.
