The Customer Assistance & Relief Energy (CARE) Package program offers grants towards monthly residential electric charges for qualifying low-income customers twice in a six-month period through August 31, 2020, and once every six months after. During this period of COVID-19 pandemic recovery, City Council and Lodi Electric Utility is making it easier for income-qualified customers to pay their electric bills. Current SHARE discount account holders and Fixed-Income discount account holders can apply for this additional assistance. Contact the following program administrators to apply:
